SPM

Service Progress Monitor (SPM) is a cockpit developed for SAP ECC system to effectively manage service management processes for enhanced customer satisfaction and improved operational efficiency. SPM provides users a simplified menu of tools and transactions to maintain customer and asset information, manage work order process and, most importantly, monitor revenue.

Why SPM?

SAP end-users who perform service management transactions require simplified menu and user-friendly screens to perform transactions. On the other hand, service managers require quick access to work order progress and financial information. For improved operational efficiency and gross margin:

  • Service Call Takers and Administrators shall be able to perform work order management without having to go through multiple transactions with complicated value selection
